At Thanksgiving each year, RockPoint works within the local community through educational, ecumenical, charitable, and housing organizations to help provide Thanksgiving meals for those who would not otherwise have them. It’s an awesome way for our church to follow the example of Jesus, meeting the needs of those in our community and sharing the life-changing love of God.

Here’s how you can help:
  • SIGN UP to sponsor a family (or two or three or more!) - this can be done at the church or online. During this process, please pray blessings over your sponsor-family as you shop, pack, and deliver for them.
  • Pick up a Thanksgiving Box Packing List at Connection Point on Sunday, HERE, or on the app under the Events tab.
  • Purchase all the items on the list and bring them to the church by Sunday, November 17th.
  • If you prefer, you can make an $85 tax-deductible donation and we will do the shopping for you!
  • Meet us at the church on Saturday, November 23rd at 10:00 to pack your box for the family / families you are sponsoring. Immediately afterwards, we will be delivering boxes or meeting the families here at RockPoint to pick up their meal boxes.
  • If you would like to assist in other ways, there are plenty of behind-the-scenes opportunities that can be done on your own schedule.
What a great way to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our community! Your help in purchasing, assembling, and delivering boxes to those families that are less fortunate in our community is GREATLY appreciated!
