Our Mission
Our mission describes why we exist and do what we do. At RockPoint Church our mission is:
Helping all kinds of people meet, know, and follow Jesus.
RockPoint Church is unified in our resolve to fulfill the mission God has called us to, a mission rooted in both the Great Commission and Great Commandment. (Matthew 22:37-40, 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8) As a result, everything we do is designed to lead all people towards a process of passionate pursuit of God: Meeting, Knowing, and Following Him.

Our Values
At RockPoint we have a set of core values that define who we are and how we live out the vision and mission of this church. These values are indicative of what it looks like to be a member at RockPoint Church. They articulate our foundational motivations and guiding principles. Strategies and plans may change over time, but who we are does not.
At RockPoint Church we...
Are Biblically Minded.
Our mentality in all things and belief that “grace changes everything” is firmly established in our continued pursuit of knowing God’s Word.

Are Prayerfully Dependent.
We are willing to ask big asks of God, recognizing we are completely dependent on Him to accomplish what he wants us to do both as individuals and as a church.

Are Intentionally Invitational.
We graciously invite all kinds of people to “come as you are” that they may get closer to Jesus.
(John 1:45-46; John 4:29, 39)
Live Generously.
We sacrificially give of our time, talents and treasures because we recognize that all we have and are comes from God.
(Romans 11:36; Luke 16:9; 1 Peter 4:10; Ephesians 4:11-16)
Are Driven toward Mission.
We love mission over method and people over programs. We are willing to leave no rock unturned as we strive to accomplish the mission to which we have been called.

Are Committed to Community.
We are an imperfect group of people doing our best to follow a perfect Savior, imperfectly! As we do this we are fully devoted to one another in love for the good of the body of Christ and as a witness to the world around us. We protect unity, serve faithfully, encourage often, and restore gently.
